Each one of us is a combination of earth, water, fire, air and space. These elements combine in a unique way and create our individual constitution; our outer and inner environment then influences this constitution. In Ishta yoga we can use the knowledge of Ayurveda- the science of life, the practice of Tantra and the strengthening and purifying techniques of Hatha yoga to determine the poses, breath practices and meditations that suit our individual nature, thereby enhancing our Prana- life force, Tejas- Radiance and Ojas -grounded essence.

The class will include:

* Strengthening vinyasa practice for all levels
* Practice of the Satyam meditation – a tantric meditation that balances the heart centre and gracefully frees the unconscious from accumulated stress
* Information on Prana, Tejas and Ojas  and an effective asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation practice to connect with these subtle forces
* Strengthening poses and practices for all levels will be emphasized in this workshop
