Traditionally spring is a time of renewal and change. It's also the perfect time for balancing and revitalising the system. Join ISHTA teacher, Rachel Zinman in this 5-day workshop to learn asana, pranayama and meditation practices that promote balance and bliss.

Each class will include:

  • Asanas that balance, purify and strengthen the body with attention to your individual ayurvedic constitution. All levels and abilities are welcome 
  • A Tibetan Tantric purification meditation to clear out old unconscious patterns in both the heart and mind.
  • Information on how to promote balance in the physical, mental and energetic body through a deeper exploration of the three gunas: Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva
