What is Yoga?
Yoga is the Sanskrit word meaning “ divine union” and is a science that uses the body, breath and mind as a tool to promote health and happiness.
When we are feeling good our whole life flows. Yoga is much more then physical postures it's a way to focus and control our energy so we can really expand beyond our limitations. Yoga is a way to be free of mental and emotional habits that make us feel stuck and unhappy and offers tools for us to become inspired and conscious creators in our lives.
 
In this workshop you will learn:

*Yoga postures for health and happiness
*Breathing techniques for relaxation
*Meditations to uplift your consciousness
*And hear an informative talk about the tools and techniques of Yoga for use in daily life
